We are committed to the continuous development of all employees. Improving business performance requires continuous encouragement and support to develop knowledge, skills and attitude, which in turn will enable staff to achieve their objectives and drive the business forward. Our training programme has helped gain buy in at all levels of business, making everyone part of the improvement process.  Employees now contribute to improvements on a regular basis making suggestions to improve the business. We also run a suggestion scheme that rewards participation, this provides staff a good forum for discussion.
